How our Product Discovery process works

We apply a validated process, adapted to the reality and stage of your business, with a focus on experimentation and agility.

Research and Analysis: interviews, benchmarking, data analysis and hypothesis building

This is the initial and crucial phase of the Product Discovery process, where the focus is to deeply understand the problem, the target audience and the market context.

User interviews

We conduct interviews with real users to understand their needs, behaviors, pain points, and desires. These qualitative conversations help map out the audience’s real demands and expectations. We can also conduct interviews with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, customer service, etc.) to gain a broader view.

Benchmarking

We analyze competitors and existing solutions in the market to identify what is already being done, what works and where there are gaps or opportunities for improvement. This helps us understand the market position and establish a basis for comparison.

Data analysis

We collect and analyze quantitative data about user behavior (e.g., website browsing behavior, sales analysis, existing product metrics). In addition, we may analyze social media data and customer feedback to gain even more accurate insights into what is happening in the market.

Hypothesis raising

Based on interviews, benchmarking, and data analysis, we formulate hypotheses that need to be validated. These hypotheses are assumptions about the product, such as: “Users need functionality X,” or “The solution should be more accessible to audiences of Y age group.” These hypotheses guide the next phases of Discovery.

Ideation and prototyping: creating possible solutions and prototypes for rapid testing

In the case of new products, the next phase is to generate creative solutions to the problems identified and begin to materialize these ideas into prototypes.

Ideation sessions

We bring together the teams involved (designers, developers, business) for brainstorming, co-creation workshops or idea mapping. The idea is to generate several possible solutions to the problems identified in the research phase. These solutions can be explored

Prototyping

From the solutions generated, we create initial prototypes – simple, low-cost models that represent the product idea in a tangible way. The goal is not to create something perfect, but something functional enough to be tested with real users. These prototypes can be wireframes, mockups, or even interactive mockups created with tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

Rapid usability testing

Once we have a prototype, we conduct rapid user testing to understand how users interact with the solution. This testing helps identify usability issues, features that don’t make sense, or elements that need to be tweaked before moving on to development. The idea behind this step is to fail fast. We test what works, learn from our mistakes, and refine the product before investing time and resources into full development.

Validation and planning: testing with real users, adjustments and prioritization of next steps

This phase is where the validity of ideas begins to be tested with a wider audience. Here, the goal is to refine the solutions created based on user feedback and plan the next steps.

Testing with real users

Now, with more refined prototypes, we carry out tests with real users to validate the hypotheses raised in the previous phases. These tests can be carried out through individual interviews, focus groups or A/B tests, depending on the complexity of the solution.

Adjustments based on feedback

Based on the test results, we make adjustments to the product. This can range from minor changes to the user interface to significant changes to the functionality or flow of the product. The idea is to quickly adapt the product to the real needs of users, while minimizing the risk of launch failure.

Prioritizing next steps

After validation, we define a roadmap with the essential features to be developed, prioritizing what is really important for the success of the product. Planning also includes defining the development stages, additional testing and continuous analysis.

  • How do I add a new FAQ?
    To add a new FAQ, follow these steps: Click the Manage FAQs button. In your site's dashboard, click Add New and choose the Question and Answer option. Each new question and answer must be assigned to a category. Save and publish. You can always edit your FAQs, reorder them and select other categories.
  • By referring, do you already win something too?
    With qualification of the indicated contact and scheduling and execution of the first meeting with the commercial team, the partner responsible for the indication, receives shopping vouchers in the amount of R$ 200.00.
  • What information do I need to fill in to nominate?
    Mandatory information for registration of the nomination must be: name of the indicated company, full name of the indicated contact person, e-mail, telephone, age of the company, number of employees, sector of activity, position of the contact and data of the person nominating.
  • Can I insert an image, video or GIF to an FAQ?
    Yes. To add media, follow these steps: Enter the application settings Click Manage FAQ Create or select the question you'd like to add media to When editing your reply, click the video, image, or GIF icon Add media from your collection and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the "FAQ" heading?
    You can edit the title in the application settings. If you don't want to display the title, simply disable it under Info to show.
